This may be product designed to improve internal efficiency or productivity, or which uses space resources to improve the outward service offered to customers or users.

Over years of innovating digital product for organisations in both the public and private sectors, we have refined a development process which now shapes our development of space-enabled product for organisations embarked on Space-Enabled Transformation.
This is an efficient, collaborative approach in which we assume ownership of the initiative, but in which all stakeholders are included at every stage. Accountability lies with LAB287 from start to finish, ie from development of initial concept through to delivery of live service. The assignment is managed using efficient and effective Agile delivery methodologies.
Our process is fully compliant with UK Government ‘Secure by Design’ principles, and all products and services
we develop are universally accessible in line with World Wide Web Consortium Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
